How it works

How Does an NFC Google Review Card Work?

NFC is the same short-range technology used for contactless payments. Your card stores one link: your review page. Customers who can’t tap simply scan the printed QR code instead.

Why it helps

A simpler way to ask for feedback

Happy customers often mean to leave a review and forget. The card makes the moment easy. What they write is always up to them.

  • Easy for customers

No searching for your business name. One tap or scan takes them straight to your review page.

  • NFC tap to open

A chip inside the card shares your review link when a compatible phone is held near it.

  • Printed QR backup

Every card carries a QR code for phones without NFC, or with NFC switched off.

  • Works with NFC phones

Most recent iPhones and many Android phones can read NFC tags. Not every phone can, and that’s what the QR code is for.

  • No special app

On compatible phones, the link opens in the normal browser, with nothing to download.

  • One-time purchase

You pay once for the physical card. There’s no software plan to keep paying for.

  • Ready when it arrives

We program the card with your verified review link and test it before it ships.

  • No subscription

The basic card keeps working without a monthly fee, as long as your review link stays the same.

All FAQs
What is an NFC Google Review Card?

It’s a printed card with a small NFC chip inside and a QR code on the front. Both are set up to open your business’s Google review page, so customers can get there in a second instead of searching for you.

Does it work with iPhones and Android phones?

It works with many of them. Most iPhones from the iPhone XS onwards can read NFC tags in the background, and many Android phones have NFC, though on some it must be switched on, and some budget models don’t include it at all. That’s why every card also has a QR code.

What if a customer’s phone doesn’t support NFC?

They scan the printed QR code with their camera instead. It opens the same review page as the NFC chip.

Is there a monthly fee?

No. A tag is a one-time purchase, and link tracking is included. Your tag opens a short link on our website that forwards to your page, so it keeps working with no subscription for as long as our website is online. If your destination ever changes, we can update it for you.

How long does delivery take?

We usually dispatch within 2 working days of payment

Delivery costs £2.99–£4.99 depending on the delivery option you choose. Delivery is free on orders of £50 or more.
