What sizes are available?

There are three sizes, all with the same NFC chip and QR code:

  • Standing Tabletop Display (L-Stand): A6, 105 × 148 mm (4.1 × 5.8 in)
  • Wall / Surface Adhesive Sticker: square, 85 × 85 mm (3.3 × 3.3 in)
  • Credit Card Sized Card: CR80, 85.6 × 53.9 mm (3.37 × 2.125 in)

See them side by side in Choose your size.

Can a tag open something other than a Google review?

Yes. When you order you can choose a Google review page, a social page (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), another review site (Trustpilot, TripAdvisor and more), any web address such as a menu or booking page, or Wi-Fi sign-in. See one tag, many uses.

Is it safe to put my Wi-Fi password in a tag?

Anyone who taps or scans a Wi-Fi tag can join that network, so use it for a guest network rather than your main one. We use the details you give us only to program the tag, show them only to our team, and delete the password when your order ships.

Can you design it for me?

Yes, choose “We design it for you” on any size and tell us your business, colours and message (add your logo if you have one). We email a proof to approve before anything is printed. See the design service.

Do you also build websites or set up Google Business Profiles?

Yes. We set up and check Google Business Profiles, and our software development team builds business websites, online shops and landing pages. Send us a message from our services page and we’ll reply by email.

What is an NFC Google Review Card?

It’s a printed card with a small NFC chip inside and a QR code on the front. Both are set up to open your business’s Google review page, so customers can get there in a second instead of searching for you.

How does it work?

A customer holds their unlocked phone near the card. If the phone supports NFC, a notification or browser page opens with your review link. Alternatively, they point their camera at the QR code. See how it works for an illustrated walkthrough.

Does the customer need to install an app?

No. On compatible phones, reading an NFC link or scanning a QR code is built into the operating system and opens a normal web page. Some older phones may need NFC turned on in settings, or a QR scanner if the camera doesn’t scan codes.

Does it work with iPhones and Android phones?

It works with many of them. Most iPhones from the iPhone XS onwards can read NFC tags in the background, and many Android phones have NFC, though on some it must be switched on, and some budget models don’t include it at all. That’s why every card also has a QR code.

What if a customer’s phone doesn’t support NFC?

They scan the printed QR code with their camera instead. It opens the same review page as the NFC chip.

Will my card arrive ready to use?

Yes. Once we’ve verified your review link, we program the NFC chip, print the matching QR code and test both before dispatch. Place it where customers can reach it and it’s ready.

What file should I upload for my own design?

A PNG, JPG or WEBP up to 4 MB, made to the exact shape of the size you chose. For best results export it at 300 dpi including 3 mm bleed: 1311 × 1819 px for the A6 stand, 1075 × 1075 px for the sticker and 1082 × 707 px for the credit-card-size card. Keep text and logos at least 4–5 mm inside the edge.

Every product page has a free design template (SVG) with the cut line, bleed and safe zone marked. If your file isn’t ready yet you can choose to email it to us afterwards.

How do I pay?

By debit or credit card when you order. Payment is handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details, and your receipt is emailed to you. If anything stops us making your card, we’ll refund you in full.

Is there a monthly fee?

No. A tag is a one-time purchase, and link tracking is included. Your tag opens a short link on our website that forwards to your page, so it keeps working with no subscription for as long as our website is online. If your destination ever changes, we can update it for you.

How long does delivery take?

We usually dispatch within 2 working days of payment

Delivery costs £2.99–£4.99 depending on the delivery option you choose. Delivery is free on orders of £50 or more.

How do I track my order?

After you order, you’ll get a private tracking link on the confirmation page. Save or bookmark it. It shows your order status and, once posted, the carrier and tracking number. Delivery progress itself is shown on the carrier’s own website.

Will the card get me more five-star reviews?

It can’t promise that, and nobody honestly can. The card makes leaving a review quicker. Whether a customer posts, the rating they choose and what they write is entirely their decision.
